This photo is one I took in Egypt on our Reiki Trip in 2006. We had all just been to the Sphinx and the Pyramids at Giza for a wonderful sound and light show - as the crowds were leaving in their droves, something made me take this picture. There are dozens of bubbles, or orbs floating over the heads of the crowds.

And here is a close up of the brightest group of orbs to the left of the tree - look at the decidedly thick rim around each of the clearest orbs here. The brightest also has a small black mark on it's rim.
Here is Ahmed, our Egyptologist guide, a couple of days before the Sphinx photo above was taken. As you will see he has a very odd ball of light hovering a few inches above his head, with a couple to his left (which could be put down to the glare of the light). There is also a smaller, fainter orb on the upper arm of the man to the left of the photo...
...and here is a close-up. What intrigues me here is the patterning on this orb - a bright rim with a darker circle within it, and a mottled pattern inside. These photos were sent to me by Diane Thompson, and were taken at the World Reiki Conference in Denmark in 2003. There is an incredibly bright orb floating near the bottom of the flip chart. There are at least six further orbs dotted about if you look closely. I've blown up the shot of the brightest orb below, so you can see it in more detail.
It seems to have an aura or glow of brilliant purple around it, and within that a bright white edge to it. On the inside, there is a bubble like texture, with a dark snake like mark like a mirror image of a letter 'S'. You can also see another, fainter orb floating around the black shirt of the woman in the picture - again it has a brighter edge to it, with a darker centre.
It's interesting to compare this orb to the close-up of the one above Ahmed's head. There are definite similarities - the brighter rings around the edge and the mottled patterning in the centre with darker detailing as well.
Here you can see a room full of orbs when Hiroshi Doi-sensei was working & attuning his masters class. They are all quite pale, but there are over a couple of dozen if you look closely.
Here is Diane herself receiving an attunement from Hiroshi Doi-sensei. There is a small but clearly defined orb high up on the left of the picture. Thanks for sharing those Diane!
This shot was kindly sent in for inclusion by Phil Howsego. It was taken at his father's funeral. Two photographs were taken at the time, one was completely clear, and the second was this one.
As you can see these are very different to the circular formations seen above. The longer shape in the centre seems to be moving towards the bottom right of the shot. Thank you to Phil for sharing this remarkable image.
