Reiki is a system of working with 'spiritual, healing energy' for self healing and spiritual development. The system has Japanese roots, and dates back to the beginning of the last century. I teach Reiki to beginners and to those who have already begun their Reiki journey. My courses run in the East Midlands and the South East of England.
